Who needs a seat?
One seat per person who can reach Ticketing on any project, and one per person who can reach Knowledge Base. A person counts once, however many projects they belong to, and owners, admins and members all count. Nobody needs a seat for Monitoring, Security or Developer Workflow.
How is the bill calculated?
Ticketing seats times $12, plus Knowledge Base seats times $8, plus whole gigabytes of Knowledge Base storage times $0.50. The Subscription page in your workspace shows each line, who is using what, and the monthly total before you save.
How is AI usage counted?
In tokens, the units AI models read and write. Diagnoses, fixes, code reviews, the assistant and knowledge base chat all count. The AI usage tab shows each project's share as it happens, and every assistant action is in the activity log.
Can we cap what the agent spends?
Yes. Set a monthly budget per project in the AI usage tab. Set it to zero to remove the limit.
Can I bring my own model key?
Yes. Add an Anthropic, OpenAI or Google Gemini key per project and the agent runs on your own account instead of the platform quota. Keys are stored encrypted and only their last four characters are shown.
Is it free to start?
Creating a workspace is free and needs no credit card. Add seats on the Subscription page when your team is ready.
Is our data kept apart from other customers?
Yes. Everything lives in your organisation's workspace, scoped by organisation and project, and is never shared with other customers. Any project can be exported.
Do I need Azure?
No. The monitoring script works on any web app, and repositories can be on GitHub, Bitbucket or Azure DevOps. Server logs can come from Azure Event Hub or AWS CloudWatch.
Can I use only some products?
Yes. Switch Ticketing, Monitoring or Knowledge Base on per project. You are charged seats only for the products people can reach.
Does the agent merge code on its own?
No. A person approves the plan before anything is built, and only a triage manager approves and merges the agent's pull requests. With auto mode on, the agent opens draft pull requests itself for low-risk issues, but merging is always yours.
